Return or Exchange in 3 Easy Steps

1. Register your return
Enter your order number and email address or phone number in our returns portal.

2. Select refund or exchange
Choose the item(s) you would like to return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

3. Ship your parcel
Download your return label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier service point.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

Items may be tried on and inspected upon delivery, but must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Fee

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

• Sweden: 90 SEK
• Europe: 20 EUR
• International: 20 USD

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge.

Once your return shipment has been registered by the carrier, we will automatically send a store credit to your email address, allowing you to place a new order immediately.

Processing Time

Returns are normally processed within 14 business days from the date they arrive at our warehouse.

Please note that processing times may be longer during sales periods, product launches, holidays, and other peak periods.
