How much does shipping cost?

We offer several shipping options depending on your location. For customers in Sweden, standard delivery to a DHL Service Point or a DHL locker costs 49 SEK, while home delivery via Budbee Home is available for 69 SEK, and delivery to an Instabox locker costs 49 SEK. Shipping is free on all Swedish orders over 999 SEK. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship to the EU?

Yes, we ship across the EU via DHL Connect, which covers both home delivery and delivery to a pickup point, at a flat rate of 12 EUR. If you need your order faster, we also offer an express service through FedEx IP Express for 20 EUR. EU orders over 250 EUR qualify for free shipping.Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Do you ship to the UK?

We ship to the UK via FedEx, with standard delivery to a pickup point or home address available for 10 GBP, and express delivery via FedEx IP Express for 20 GBP. Orders over 250 GBP ship for free. Please note that for orders up to 135 GBP, shipping is handled on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For orders exceeding 135 GBP, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so all duties and taxes are covered by us. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to many destinations around the world via FedEx, with standard delivery for 20 EUR and express delivery via FedEx IP Express for 30 EUR. International orders over 300 EUR qualify for free shipping. Please note that we are not yet shipping to the USA — we expect to launch US shipping later this autumn. All international shipments are shipped on a DAP basis, meaning import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

There is one exception: for customers in Canada, orders up to 300 EUR (approximately 400 CAD) are shipped DAP, while orders exceeding 300 EUR / 400 CAD are shipped DDP, meaning we cover all duties and taxes on your behalf.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please reach out to our customer service team for instructions on how to initiate a return.
